Terms and Conditions for QuickTicket System

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of QuickTicket, an internal text messaging system provided by SEDC to send work-related messages to employees. By participating in QuickTicket, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of QuickTicket

QuickTicket is intended solely for sending work-related text messages, such as announcements, reminders, or updates, to employees.
2. Eligibility

Only employees of SEDC and member LEA’s are eligible to receive messages through QuickTicket.

Your phone number must be provided to the system administrator to enable message delivery.
3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information to ensure proper functioning of the system.

You are responsible for notifying the system administrator if your phone number changes or if you wish to opt out.

4. Opting Out

To discontinue receiving messages from QuickTicket, you must inform the system administrator and request that your participation be disabled. There is no automated opt-out feature.
5. Message Content

Messages sent via QuickTicket are for informational purposes related to your employment.

SEDC is not responsible for any unintended receipt of messages due to incorrect contact information.
6. Privacy

Your use of QuickTicket is subject to the QuickTicket Privacy Policy (see above), which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
7. Limitation of Liability

QuickTicket is provided “as is” for internal use. SEDC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, including but not limited to missed messages or technical failures.
8. Changes to These Terms

SEDC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to employees as needed.
