Free Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship Trainings from Digital Respons-Ability Available to Utah Schools
WHAT: The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) is forwarding a letter from the Digital Wellness, Citizenship, and Safe Technology Commission informing local education agencies (LEAs) of free internet safety and digital citizenship trainings from Digital Respons-Ability available to Utah schools. Digital classes are also available for parents and resources are available in both English and Spanish.
WHO: District Superintendents and Charter School Directors. Separate communication was sent to LEA information technology contacts.
WHEN: Trainings are available now for the 2022-23 school year.
ACTION: Determine if these trainings meet the needs of your LEA and make use of them appropriately.
