One of the primary goals of SEDC is to serve the rural schools. An example of this is our E Reach Grant, this has placed IVC Equipment in several schools. These units, used with other technology, can serve many purposes:

- Ed Net Classes
- Professional Development
- Administrative Meetings
- Virtual Field Trips
