Learn With SEDC This Summer
Our Summer 2019 courses are now open for registration. We have a great assortment of professional learning opportunities available to educators in southwest Utah, both in person and online! These courses are intended to help complete the Utah Educational Technology Endorsement Program (ETEP), but you don’t have to be working on the endorsement to learn with us. All courses are free to take! You can earn free USBE Credit or if you would like 5000-level SUU Credit, there is a $21 fee per credit for processing upon successful completion.
Here’s what’s coming up:
- Elementary Engagement with Canvas – 1 credit, 6 week online course, begins May 9
- Google Tools for Educators – 1 credit, 6 week online course, begins May 9
- Community Mapping (CMaP) Workshop – 3 credit, 5 day in-person class at Dixie Middle School, June 3-7
- The Connected Educator: Develop Your PLN – 1 credit, 6 week online course, begins June 27
- Teaching Digital Citizenship – 1 credit, 6 week online course, begins June 27
The registration process has changed, and is much more streamlined now. Everything is now done through Canvas so no more shopping carts and check outs! You can now learn more about all of our courses AND enroll at one place:

As always, please feel free to reach out to Clint or Chris if you have any questions at all about these courses. We love learning with you and hope to see you in a course or two this summer!
